Just...read this piece by Chris Cillizza of CNN. It is just, the most garbage take on the World Series booing I have seen as of late. Just read that garbage for yourself if you want to, I don’t care to summarize it, I am still seeing red. This is what I wanted to say:
Fuck you, DC pundits. Seriously. You feed the orange beast for years with bullshit like this then you dare fucking blame liberals for the goal posts of national behavior toward the office of the presidency. You expect fucking decency from us when we have been called nothing but enemies of the people, traitors, liars, and just about every other political insult one can think of from that asshole in the oval office for years. His rhetoric has killed people, and yet we’re the one’s disrespecting him. FUCK YOU CHRIS CILLIZZA. You helped build this man with your non-stop “neutral” coverage of “buzzworthy events” and then turn around and drop this shit on the people trying to stop this man since you began creating him? Then you bust out the fucking fainting couch because we dirty fucking libs dare have the audacity to defend ourselves, or perhaps go on the offensive for a change?
You are the problem. You and your beltway DC ilk. That and this garbage about liberals always being the ones that go high, that rise above it, that talk about issues. Guess what, Chris, that hasn’t exactly brought us success. You know what has — fighting Trump. Hard. Booing, loudly. Making him understand that there is an appetite for his political blood. I suspect, honestly, that you DC beltway folks with your happy-happy play nice bullshit haven’t adjusted to the political reality that this is, quite literally, the fight of our lives. Which makes you the stupidest people alive, BECAUSE HE IS THREATENING YOU TOO.
If you don’t know how to see that us libs are the only ones in your corner, then I don’t know how to help you. But its time to wake up. This “dems need to play nice” meme needs to end now.
